Sent to the business partner this morning:

Subject: Need to be offline more than once today... apartment leaking

Ugh.  During the rains last night I heard a dripping,
a dripping not at my door.
And so I went a-tipping'.
A-tipping toe to the window in the PJs that I wore.
To much my horror I drew the blinds up and then I swore.
F---!  It's a-dripping!  It's a dripping through my wall.
I can't believe my sill is slick
With rain that should have been kept in check
By a window pane, and so the rain coming into my home is something I deplore.
This morn I aim to hail the lady
To whom I give rent checks---but never lately
So I can get this place a look-see
But that means I need to move stuff around, see?
My apologies in advance for this crazy schedule dance.
To move furniture I thus move ...
... move across my bedroom floor.
